Administrative Tasks

Our friendly and efficient staff, under the direction of your Personal Account Manager, will help you take care of everyday administrative tasks. We will process new hires, terminations, changes in beneficiary or dependent status and resolve billing or claims issues.


We also have a professional HR consultant on staff who is available to help you and/or your Personal Account Manager as needed.



Employees are also welcome to call us directly if they are unable to resolve their problems or issues with the insurance provider.
